The Pewsey Community Land Trust was created with a simple ambition: to help provide affordable housing for local people and invest in facilities that benefit the wider community.
Over recent years we have worked through surveys, consultations, professional assessments, design development and a lengthy planning process. While progress has sometimes been slower than we would have liked, we remain committed to delivering a project that reflects local needs and creates long-term community value.
As the planning application moves forward, we are renewing our efforts to keep residents informed and involved.
