6. Resolution to disallow Rule 35.6 of the Society’s Rules in order for the accounts NOT to be audited for the year ending 31 December 2025
7. Resolution to re-appoint Sansum & Co. as Accountants to prepare Annual Accounts and submit to HMRC.
8. Election and re-election of Directors
   1. Directors co-opted since last AGM – none
      1. Directors standing down on rotation/retirement and any re-elections – none.
      2. New Directors – nominations to the Secretary at cltpewsey18@gmail.com by 11th June 2026.
9. Update on Current Design Proposals and anticipated Timeline for Planning Decision.
10. Briefing on Proposal to convert PCLT into a Charitable Community Benefit Society.
