Thank you to those who braved the heat wave to attend our AGM, and those who tried to join on-line. We're sorry we were let down by the tech, and will do even more testing another time.
The draft AGM minutes are here. You'll see several people asked for better comms before AGMs with agenda, draft accounts etc. So we have set up an email system to keep members better informed. We will try not to send too many emails to clog up your in box. The annual accounts for 2025 are here.
There was a great discussion about our Allocations Policy. The most recent draft is attached here for you to review.

Look out for another email soon inviting you to comment on the latest updated planning application we submitted to Wiltshire Council. There have been many adverse comments, but some may be based on superseded plans posted on Facebook, rather than the actual proposals which incorporate many changes that Wiltshire Council conservation officers requested [which we would have been very foolish to ignore] We will provide details and links of how to comment.
